Benchmarking is our front-end methodology for process improvement. Gap analysis creates awareness for change as it highlights important areas of variance against our database. A Six Sigma approach is deployed to identify high leverage areas for improvement. To achieve buy in, a structured change management process using Bandura's change efficacy method involves all key stakeholders. Best practice solutions are then installed.
