Benchmarking
is our front-end methodology for process improvement. Our proprietary
database is our core asset and is organized using a balanced scorecard
approach that incorporates external benchmarks and internal performance
tracking mechanisms against top performing physicians, groups
and organizations. Gap analysis creates awareness for change as
it highlights important areas of variance against our database.
A Six Sigma approach is deployed to identify high leverage areas
for improvement. To achieve buy in, a structured change management
process using Bandura's change efficacy method involves all key
stakeholders. Best practice solutions are then installed. We leave
behind the tools that become permanently embedded in the practice
or organizational structure to sustain continuous improvement
and help physicians succeed.
